Refunds Following Cancellation: 

If you want to cancel a service/appointment/treatment/therapy/payment you’ve arranged online, over the phone or by mail-order, you get a 7-day cooling-off period.

Your cooling-off period begins the day after you make the booking/payment.

Any cancellations after cooling-off period are not refundable.

If you paid up front or made a deposit and cancel in the cooling-off period you’ll be entitled to receive the money back, less a booking system charge.

If you paid by debit card on our website, your refund will be made directly to you within 30 days of your cancellation.

My Family Clinic reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session: in this case we may offer you an alternative appointment if required. In the event of this not proving suitable to you, a full refund will be given, less a booking system charge.

If you need to change the date of your appointment, you can request an appointment day transfer up to seven days before the appointment date – free of charge.
